First Visit | Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time to allow for check-in and preparation for your treatment.

Cancellation and No Show Policy | If arrival is delayed, we will make every effort to accommodate you with the understanding your service will end on time regardless of when you arrived. However, if your arrival time is more than 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment, the service may be rescheduled as a courtesy to our other clients. Last minute cancellations or no shows may be subject to a $25.00 rescheduling fee.

Safety | Your comfort and well-being are very important to us. Prior to receiving your service, please inform us of any medical condition including pregnancy, hypertension, injuries, allergies, sun exposure, disabilities or illnesses. Speaking with your medical professional will help customize your service to ensure your maximum safety and benefit.

Payment | Purity Wellness Center accepts cash, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover as payment.

Insurance | Most cosmetic procedures are not considered to be medically necessary by insurance carriers. Therefore, charges must be paid at the time of each visit. If medically necessary, your insurance carrier or flexible spending account may approve some procedures. If you’d like to submit your receipts to your insurance carrier, we will provide you with necessary and valid codes to include with your claim submission. Your insurance carrier will reimburse you directly for any covered services.

Gift Certificates | Gift certificates are non-refundable, non-redeemable for cash and must be presented at the time of service. Gift certificates lost, stolen or used without authorization are non-refundable, non-replaceable nor valid. The expiration date listed on the certificate will be honored.

Privacy Policy | Purity Wellness Center respects your privacy and is committed to protecting and securely managing all of the personal information that you choose to share with us. During your visit, you may be required to share personally identifiable information in order to facilitate the delivery of services. Purity Wellness Center will not sell, share or rent your personally identifiable information to third parties in ways different from what is disclosed.

PWC Med Spa

Spa services are very popular. While we certainly understand your plans change, the treatments you select are reserved especially for you. For individual services, a 24-hour cancellation notice is recommended. A NO SHOW FEE of $25.00 may be charged for failing to show up for the scheduled appointment.

  • Gratuities on Services are greatly appreciated, 15-20% is industry standard
  • Children are not allowed in the spa
  • No cash refunds, sales are final

Pre-Laser Care | NO antibiotics/light sensitive medications, NO retinols, NO oral steroids, NO hydroquinone, NO waxing/tweezing 5 days before any laser treatment. NO sun exposure (including sun beds and spray tans) 4 weeks prior to laser services. For Laser Hair Removal or IPL patients, we require patients to shave each treatment area 5 to 12 hours prior to the treatment for optimal results.

Prescription Topicals | You will want to stop any prescription topicals, unless otherwise directed, 5 days prior to any treatment at the PWC Med Spa. We also suggest that all patients receiving any of our facial treatments or consultations arrive without makeup, if possible.

Cleanliness | In keeping with our commitment to cleanliness, safety and hygiene, our equipment is sterilized and sanitized to medical standards after every service and treatment.

Satisfaction Guarantee | If for any reason we fail to meet your expectation with any of our services, please let us know within 24-hours of your service. This can be done via email, or calling to speak to management.
